O-ring Seal (ORS) Manifolds
ORS manifolds & components are a simple, compact way of splitting and metering flow lines for any size of application equipment.
All o-ring seals are buna-n by standard. Viton® o-rings are also available.
Tee & Feed Fittings
Center-fed tees, straight hose barb, 90° hose barbs & end cap feeds are available for plumbing your ors manifold.
ORS end Caps, Plugs & Adapters
A number of end caps, plugs and adapters are available for both male and female ors ports.
ORS Outlet Fittings
A variety of male ors fittings are available to be used as outlet ports.
Push-in tube, hose barb and npt-f fittings are available to use.
ORS Check Valve Bodies
Using check valve bodies greatly reduces fluid run on, and allow for orifice changing without leaking fluid.
There are two styles of check valve bodies, and a number of different shut-off options for both. [more below]
360° Range of Motion
All o-ring sealed fittings can be spun 360° without fear of leaking of pulling out.
This makes installation easy as the fittings pivot to where you need them to point.

ORS Metering Orifices
O-ring seal metering orifices are accurate and large enough to make them easy to handle, so switching rates is easy.
Custom hole-size orifices and iso-color coded orifices are available to match any rate required.
Simple Assembly
Since all ors fittings simply plug into each other and attach with the stainless steel u-clip, they do not need to be threaded at all.
For the ultimate ease of installation, lightly lubricate o-ring seals with liquid silicone when assembling.

O-ring Seal (ORS) to ORS
An ORS male inlet with an ORS female port, allowing for an ors metering orifice and ors fitting to complete a manifold assembly.
ORS to Radiolock Cap
An ORS male inlet with a radialock cap outlet, use with metering orifice (#40285-xx series) to complete a manifold assembly.
Diaphragm Check Valve
Available in 4psi, 10psi (standard) and 15psi versions.
Fairprene diaphragms standard. Viton® diaphragms available.
Manual On/Off Check Valve
When ‘on’, it acts as a 10psi* check valve.
When ‘off’, it turns off the flow completely to that body (*4psi/10psi/15psi options are available)

Air-Off Check Valve
Acts as a standard diaphragm check valve, but when an attached air line is charged, it will turn off the flow to that body.

Open Thread Option
Sharing the same thread as all combo-rate® modules, the open thread is compatible with pwm or other precision ag systems.
